Mentor in small business and recovery

For 43 years I've mentored people in small business and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Henok
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Henok: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
