Helping people break into careers

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 840 people through Bayview Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Hendrik: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
