For eleven years I've run the rugby program at Our Lady of Peace Sports Club in Addis Ababa. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Helen
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
