My trade is plumbing. I opened my own shop in 1989 in Ankara and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 19 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Hatice: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
