Hatem Walid Metwally
Mentor in teaching and farming
- 🇸🇦 Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Riyadh Learning Hub
- 1984 to 1993
- English, Arabic
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 210 people through Riyadh Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Hatem
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
