Hassan Omar Maalouf
Early years and geography teacher, Mecca
- 🇸🇦 Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
- Mecca Academy
- Since 1982
- English, Arabic
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 44 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I never raise my voice.
More about Hassan
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Hassan: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
