I've coached football at Shinjuku Lincoln Youth Club since 1984. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
