I've coached softball at Varanasi Greenfield Football Club since 1996. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
More about Harini
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Harini: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
