Hani Okta Susanto
Mentor in entrepreneurship and engineering
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Since 2004
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 770 people through Jakarta Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Hani
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
