Mentor in careers and engineering
- 🇻🇳 Thủ Đức, Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam

For 28 years I've mentored people in careers and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Hằng
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Hằng: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
