Hamisi Byaruhanga Tembo

Youth gymnastics coach and mentor

  • 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
  • Dar es Salaam Beacon Athletic Club
  • Since 1994
  • English, Swahili
For 32 years I've run the gymnastics program at Dar es Salaam Beacon Athletic Club in Dar es Salaam. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
