Hailu Nebiyu Kahsay
Jazz player and teacher in Gondar
- 🇪🇹 Gondar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Queensway Band
- Since 2009
- English, Amharic
I play jazz and guitar. I started in 2009 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Hailu
I write my first song when I was 16. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Hailu: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
