For 18 years I have been the history teacher at Brookfield Girls' School. I teach Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I never turn anyone away.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Hailey
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
