Hải Quach
Mentor in small business and software
- 🇻🇳 Hanoi, Hanoi, Vietnam
- Windsor Learning Hub
- 1984 to 2004
- English, Vietnamese, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 540 people through Windsor Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Hải
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Hải: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
