Guilherme Joaquim Pinto
Volunteer mentor with Juiz de Fora Learning Hub
- 🇧🇷 Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Juiz de Fora Learning Hub
- 1984 to 2010
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 940 people through Juiz de Fora Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Guilherme
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Guilherme: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
