Painting and decorating, done properly
- 🇩🇪 Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
- Old Cologne Trades Guild
- 1981 to 1995
- German
I've worked in painting and decorating from 1981 to 1995. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 360 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 23 years later for another job.
More about Greta
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

What gifts mean to Greta: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
