I've worked in baking from 1985 to 2021. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 1,870 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Grace: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
