I coached baseball at Winston-Salem Youth Club from 2009 to 2023. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Gonzalo: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
