Gonzalo A. Lozano
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇲🇽 Iztapalapa, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Iztapalapa Repairs
- Since 1989
- Spanish, French
I've worked in baking since 1989. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,700 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I fix old bicycles.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Gonzalo: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
