Gloria P. Rowe

Coached rugby for 23 years in Half-Way Tree

  • 🇯🇲 Half-Way Tree, Saint Andrew, Jamaica
  • Half-Way Tree Eastgate Football Club
  • 1979 to 2002
  • English
I coached rugby at Half-Way Tree Eastgate Football Club from 1979 to 2002. Most of my players were between 12 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.
