Gerardo K. Benítez
Volunteer mentor with Buenos Aires Community Trust
- 🇦🇷 Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- 2001 to 2022
- Spanish
I'm a mentor in small business. I spent my career as a waiter and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Gerardo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Gerardo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
