I'm a cricket coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 2,680 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Gerardo
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
