I coached softball at Liberty Football Club from 1987 to 2021. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
More about Gabriella
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Gabriella: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
