For eight years I ran the badminton program at Ciudad de México Athletic Club in Ciudad de México. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
