I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 900 people through Our Lady of Peace Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Francisca
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Francisca: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

you helped me get my first trades job in 2011. I still have your notes. Greetings from Salerno.
