I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 680 people through Highland Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Francis: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first writing job in 2013. I still have your notes. Greetings from Jakarta Selatan.
