Helping people break into farming
- 🇧🇷 Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil

- Portuguese, English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 490 people through Jacaranda Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Flávio: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.

You helped me get my first farming job in 2021. I still have your notes. Greetings from București.
