Finn Rick Smits

Mentor in careers and farming

  • 🇳🇱 Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
  • Amsterdam Mentoring Circle
  • 2006 to 2016
  • English, Dutch
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 290 people through Amsterdam Mentoring Circle. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Finn

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
