Helping people break into farming
- 🇨🇴 Palmira, Valle del Cauca, Colombia
- Bamboo Learning Hub
- 2014 to 2023
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 220 people through Bamboo Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Fernando
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Fernando: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
