Femi Dayo Shittu
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- 1999 to 2023
- English, Yoruba
I've worked in baking from 1999 to 2023. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 960 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 19 years later for another job.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
What gifts mean to Femi: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
