Helping people break into farming
- 🇮🇹 Salerno, Campania, Italy
- Phoenix Youth Network
- Since 1997
- English, Italian
For 29 years I've mentored people in farming and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
My door was open at lunch.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Federica
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
