Fatuma Kiprop
Ceramics artist in Kikuyu
- 🇰🇪 Kikuyu, Kiambu, Kenya
- Kikuyu Studio
- Since 1979
- English, Swahili
I work mostly in ceramics, sometimes mural painting. My first show was in 1979 at Kikuyu Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the changing seasons. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
