I've spent 32 years as a lecturer in marine biology at Bornova College in Bornova. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
My door was open at lunch. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Fatma: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
