Helping people break into teaching
- 🇹🇷 Üsküdar, Istanbul, Türkiye

- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 370 people through Baobab Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Fatma: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
