Fatima Grace Onyeama
Plumbing for 23 years in Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- The Lagos Workshop
- Since 2003
- English, Hausa
I've worked in plumbing since 2003. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 1,310 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I garden badly but happily.
More about Fatima
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Fatima: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
