Faith Lilian Simiyu
Painter, potter and teacher at The Kasarani Art Collective
- 🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
- The Kasarani Art Collective
- 2005 to 2017
- English, Swahili
I work mostly in printmaking, sometimes photography. My first show was in 2005 at The Kasarani Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I take the work seriously, though not myself. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
More about Faith
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Faith: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
