Fábio Melo
Mentor in engineering and small business
- 🇧🇷 Brasília, Distrito Federal, Brazil
- Brasília Youth Network
- 2014 to 2024
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 560 people through Brasília Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Fábio
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Fábio: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
