Fábio Carlos Silva

Volunteer mentor with Valley View Community Trust

  • 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Valley View Community Trust
  • 2000 to 2008
  • English, Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 140 people through Valley View Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I'm still learning every day.

More about Fábio

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
