For eight years I ran the softball program at Sydney Our Lady of Peace Football Club in Sydney. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
