Evans Paul Otieno
Youth dance coach and mentor
- 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Crescent Boxing Gym
- Since 2008
- English, Swahili
For 18 years I've run the dance program at Crescent Boxing Gym in Dar es Salaam. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
More about Evans
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
