I'm a musician from Nairobi. I've toured a little, taught a lot and played at more weddings than I can count.
I teach about 15 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Evans
I write my first song when I was 19. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Evans: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
