Evans James Lyimo
Taught Spanish at St. Joseph's Girls' School
- 🇺🇬 Entebbe, Central Region, Uganda
- St. Joseph's Girls' School
- 2003 to 2020
- English, Swahili
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 17 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

you taught me Spanish in 2025 at St. Joseph's Girls' School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

I was in your first-year students class in 2006. You believed I could do it before I did. Thank you again.
