Eva Smit

Cook and owner of The Central Cafe

I run The Central Cafe in Nijmegen. We started in 1987 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher. On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I carry a notebook everywhere. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
