Eunice Chebet Tembo
Traditional drumming and classical teacher
- 🇹🇿 Mwanza, Mwanza, Tanzania
- Mwanza Band
- 1979 to 2014
- English, Swahili
I've played traditional drumming from 1979 to 2014, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 10 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I run most mornings.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Eunice: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
