Wekesa Mbwambo
Bass player and teacher in Mwanza
- 🇹🇿 Mwanza, Mwanza, Tanzania
- Mwanza Victory Quartet
- Since 1991
- English
I play bass and drums. I started in 1991 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Wekesa
I write my first song when I was 19. It was terrible and I still love it.
