For 30 years I've run the gymnastics program at Edmonton Football Club in Edmonton. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
More about Eugene
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
