Esteban P. Ibáñez
Volunteer mentor with Girona Association
- 🇪🇸 Girona, Catalonia, Spain
- Girona Association
- Since 1989
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,810 people through Girona Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Esteban
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Esteban: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
