Helping people break into small business
- 🇬🇭 Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana
- Willow Creek Mentoring Circle
- Since 1992
- English, Twi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,840 people through Willow Creek Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ernestina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
