23 years teaching English literature in Colombo

I teach English literature at Colombo High School in Colombo since 1996. Most days I teach Year 10, and I never raise my voice.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Eranga
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
