Ephrem Yonas Taye
Choir director and singer
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Since 2010
- English
I play flute and oud. I started in 2010 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 18 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm learning the guitar.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Ephrem: Any gift will help me keep teaching kids who can't afford lessons.
